In my sketch I have depicted the idea of using elements of different methods. I have represented diversity in my students with their hairstyles. I have made myself smaller in the last frame to represent stepping back and letting the students learn from each other. My "Okay, talk!" is from the teacher I worked with in my practicum experience this past spring.
